Ad eccezione di piccole azioni effettuabili tramite il pulsante/calamita posto sul lato sinistro, non sarà possibile interagire in modo convincente (almeno per ora) e pratico con il Cardboard: tutto ciò che potremo fare sarà osservare passivamente la scena proposta, pur sempre avendo la possibilità di potersi guardare attorno a 360°.
La cosa non è vera, in quanto se colleghi il joypad via OTG al telefono, è possibile utilizzare parecchi giochi (almeno 80%) con questo, usandolo per muoverti nello scenario, sparare o eseguire altre azioni, in relazione al tipo di gioco in questione. Posseggo un "cardboard" da più di un anno, anche se una versione diversa e leggermente più accessoriata, visto che la mia copia ha pure dei bordi in silicone su entrambi le parti che toccano il viso, permettendomi di poter indossare il dispositivo più comodamente e una banda elastica con il quale fissarlo in testa, e nel corso del tempo ho scaricato parecchie applicazioni o giochi che utilizzano svariati modi per permettere all'utente di interagire con esso. Si parte dal classico joypad, passando per i comandi vocali, al giroscopio, al magnete di cui parlavi, fino ad arrivare ad un semplice foglio di carta con un immagine sopra, che passato davanti alla fotocamera del telefono, veniva riconosciuto dall' applicazione che quindi ne eseguiva il tracking, permettendomi di muovere il braccio reale per poter avere lo stesso effetto anche in VR. Con questo metodo sono riuscito a muovere su un applicazione su Star Wars la mitica spada laser, con tanto di suoni abbinati, e musica di sottofondo!
Inoltre esistono anche tanti altri tipi di applicazioni che non hai citato come quella Cinema, che è diversa da VR Player, in quanto si ha veramente la sensazione di essere al cinema, con tanto di telecomando accanto per poter cambiare video, posto, ed effettuare altre operazioni, ci sono sparatutto, avventure grafiche (ne ho trovata solo una fin ora), simulazioni, giochi horror, viaggi istruttivi (ne ho trovata una bellissima che ci permette di viaggiare nello spazio su una navicella facendoci vedere le reali distanze e dimensioni di ogni singolo corpo della via lattea), e quant'altro.]]>
