No no, intendevo proprio progressiva! La tassa sull'income non è flat e non è a scaglioni fissi (ok, in realtà una piccola parte è effettivamente una flat ma solo quella sulle tasse municipali e sui capitali)
Nel senso che se guadagno 1000 euro, le tasse sono al 10%. Se guadagno 1100 le tasse sono al 10.5%. Se guadagno 1400 sono al 12% (numeri a caso ma per capirsi).
Quindi se ti danno l'aumento anche di 100 euro al mese, la percentuale di tasse che paghi sul totale aumenterà un pochino (magari solo dello 0.1 ma il senso rimane). Questo fa sì che uno stipendio medio basso paga tipo il 30% di tasse mentre i dirigenti che guadagnano migliaia di euro magari finiscono a pagare tipo il 55-60% di tasse sullo stipendio!
PS: ricordo che è una social-democrazia, quindi i ricchi qui pagano e i poveri quasi non esistono! :D Il turbocapitalismo all'americana è presente solo in minima parte... ;)
PPS: anche il sistema di come vengono raccolte le tasse è molto interessante e secondo me geniale e molto efficace! Se sei interessato, te lo posso descrivere brevemente! :)]]>
